In case you hadn’t heard, there is a big uproar in the university community about a “FAMU sextape” that allegedly shows Florida A&M University students having uncensored sex on camera in a dorm room.

First of all, nowhere in the daredorm video does it mention FAMU by name. Yes, there were some items that could be construed as looking like the FAMU “Rattlers” brand (including the username of the person that supposedly submitted it “BigRattler77″). But come on people, its porn. I see this as no different than the Nailin’ Palin video that came out a couple years ago that lampooned Sarah Palin.

Giving attention to porn is like feeding a wild animal. It only gets stronger. Sales of Daredorm passwords jumped since news of this “scandal” broke. All the media attention and “uproar” is doing is making money for the producers of the video. And let me be clear — everything in the video is ALL staged. Porn is all about fantasy. And this video is no different. I guess the DareDorm guys did too good a job of making the video look real.

Sex, fried chicken and a good ol’ porn scandal!

I can understand if you are FAMU administrators or FAMU student you want to clear your name and state for the record that this did not happen on your campus. Schools work hard to create an image and being associated with a porn video destroys that image.

But everything that happens in this xxxdorm video DOES happen in dorm rooms across the nation. Maybe not everyday but group sex amongst students DOES HAPPEN at colleges. I remember a foursome i had in my 4th year of school, i wish now i had a video camera to get it on tape!

No matter what school you went to — if you never had a sexual encounter with more than one person at a time while you were in college then you missed out! Bible-thumping righteous people that get upset about porn videos like this one need to get a sexlife.
